Lone Star Project Releases Mini-Documentary on Senator Gallegos
Video details courageous fight against Republican Voter ID Bill The courageous stand taken by State Senator Mario Gallegos who, following a liver transplant, defied doctors' orders and stayed in the Texas Senate to block passage of an onerous Voter ID bill, is a true inspiration. While the Lone Star Project detailed Senator Gallegos' story in a report that can be seen here, a simple written report is not enough. Today, the Lone Star Project is releasing a short documentary profiling Senator Gallegos' brave stand. The documentary was produced by Marcel Rodriguez with valuable assistance from Ed Martin. |

Contributions to this committee are not tax deductible. Federal law requires political committees to use our best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. The Lone Star Fund accepts federal contributions from individuals, partnerships, and other federal political committee of up to $5,000 per calendar year.
