A central part of the Lone Star Project’s mission to fight failed and corrupt Republican control in Texas and Washington is to support, and in some cases, initiate aggressive court challenges to illegal Republican activity. A number of Lone Star Project supported cases have been completed, and others are pending. To help Lone Star Project members track developments in specific cases, we have organized Lone Star Legal, which is a special section of our website where will briefs legal briefs and provide explanation and commentary on pending cases.
